Marketing Assistant/Project Manager

Heart Wide Open Wellness is seeking a Marketing-Informed Assistant to support our growing team. This role includes creating weekly emails, promotional materials, and content; managing local events; updating webpages (Kajabi); posting to Google Business; and researching trends and retreat opportunities. You’ll help maintain a cohesive brand presence and support overall marketing goals.

This position requires someone local to the Folsom, CA area for weekly in-person collaboration, with the remainder of work done remotely. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills, Canva proficiency, and experience in marketing and Kajabi. A genuine appreciation for the HWOW brand, a positive attitude, and a passion for supporting others are essential.

Licensed and Associate Therapists (AMFT, APCC, LMFT)

Heart Wide Open Wellness is seeking motivated associate clinicians to build and grow a private practice within a supportive, holistic environment. This role includes providing therapy, managing client care and documentation, and actively building your caseload. Ideal candidates are self-driven, organized, and passionate about trauma-informed, holistic healing, with training in EMDR and/or Brainspotting (or similar modalities).

You’ll have the opportunity to develop specialties, collaborate with a team, and grow both personally and professionally. Candidates must have (or obtain within 6 weeks) a CA Associate Registration Number and be open to marketing themselves and building a client base.
