In today’s fast-paced world, our nervous systems rarely get the chance to truly rest. Constant demands, overstimulation, and emotional stress can leave us feeling anxious, distracted, or disconnected. Learning how to regulate your nervous system isn’t just about stress relief—it’s about reclaiming your energy, focus, and sense of calm.
Parking is limited right in front of our office, so you may need to find additional parking along the street nearby. When you arrive, please come in through the front door of the building — we’ll be ready to welcome you!
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get checked in, find your spot, and settle in before we begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please bring a journal and pen, and feel free to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you’d like to get extra comfortable.
