I understand that the first $500 collected towards my Costa Rica Retreat will serve as my non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. I understand that there are absolutely no refunds 120 days prior to start day of retreat and that any reimbursement consideration prior to 120 days will only be made for extenuating circumstances. I understand that Hannah Zackney strongly recommends medical and travel insurance that includes THIRD PARTY reimbursement and/or coverage for any seen or unforeseeable delays or changes for any reason (Hannah's or your decisions included) to include and not limited to Covid related delays/changes/implications, injury, medical treatment, evacuation, travel or airline issues, rescheduling, trip cancellation, postponement, interrupted schedules for any reason by you or us.  It is recommended that for this reason you obtain your own third party "cancel for any reason" trip insurance coverage. I understand that once fees are paid, no refunds will be issued.  Hannah reserves the right to cancel any trip for any portion thereof for any reason deemed appropriate including but not limited to low enrollment numbers, political instability, extreme weather, travel restrictions and/or health concerns.  I understand that Hannah Zackney is hosting this amazing retreat as a Host & Leader and not in the capacity as a Therapist.  I understand that should I have any habits that would interfere with rooming comfortably with another that I will request and select a Single Room option and not put another guest in an uncomfortable rooming situation.  I understand that if the room option I choose is unavailable I will be given the chance to upgrade/downgrade to available room and may in-cure a fee or refund to do so (ie: If a double is no longer available I may be asked to upgrade to a single or downgrade to a triple at the price for that room option - this will be discussed and best possible options will be made available for you).  I understand that audio/video footage may be taken and used for promotional marketing, social media or on our website.  Whew, now that we got all that out of the way, let's have a wonderful time together and support one another in our next level of growth and life experience.  I can't wait to share this once in a lifetime week with you. I agree to receive newsletters by checking the box "Subscribe to our email list" from Hannah Zackney to stay updated on future Costa Rica Retreat information, changes and details.  I understand that if I choose not to check the box and agree to the newsletter terms that I may miss out on critical information and updates for the trip and will hold myself accountable for missing that information.
