Membership Cancellation
Before proceeding with your membership cancellation, please be aware that if you choose to rejoin in the future, you will be subject to the current membership rates at that time. For instance, if you are a "Founding Member" (a member who joined prior to 2023) and currently enjoy a discounted rate due to price increases, cancelling will mean that when you return, you will need to pay the new rate.
Unfortunately, we cannot pause your membership.
Hannah and the Heart Wide Open Team is not able to cancel your membership for you due to card security reasons, please follow the instructions below to cancel, should you wish to proceed in cancelling your membership.

How to Cancel
Step 1:
Make sure your logged in to your account. Click on your avatar in the top right corner

Step 2:
Click on "Settings."

Step 3:
Click "Billing."

Step 4:
Click on the three dots next to the subscription you wish to cancel.

Step 5:
Select "Cancel this subscription."

Step 6:
Confirm your cancellation. You will have the rest of the month (from the date that wish you last paid) to access membership after cancelling.
