Amanda McBee

Associate Registered Marriage & Family Therapist

Amanda specializes in working with overwhelmed parents, children, and adults navigating anxiety, codependency, and unhealthy relationship patterns. Many of her clients are high-functioning individuals who hold everything together for others but feel exhausted, resentful, or stuck in cycles of over-giving and second-guessing themselves. Codependent dynamics can show up as difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or losing yourself in relationships. Amanda helps clients untangle these patterns while building healthier boundaries, stronger parenting confidence, and more secure connections at home and beyond. When working with children, she partners closely with parents to ensure consistent support and meaningful change for the entire family system.
