I agree to receive newsletters by checking the box "Subscribe to our email list" from Hannah Zackney to stay updated on future Peru Retreat information, changes and details.  I understand that if I choose not to check the box and agree to the newsletter terms that I may miss out on critical information and updates for the trip and will hold myself accountable for missing that information.  I understand that a deposit of $850 is non-refundable and non-transferable.  I understand that there are no refunds 120 days prior to start day of retreat and that any reimbursement consideration prior to 120 days will only be made for extenuating circumstances. I understand that Hannah Zackney strongly recommends medical and travel insurance that includes THIRD PARTY reimbursement and/or coverage for any seen or unforeseeable delays or changes for any reason (Hannah's or your decisions included) to include and not limited to Covid related delays/changes/implications, injury, medical treatment, evacuation, travel or airline issues, rescheduling, trip cancellation, postponement, interrupted schedules for any reason by you or us.  It is recommended that for this reason you obtain your own third party "cancel for any reason" trip insurance coverage. I understand that once fees are paid, no refunds will be issued.  Hannah reserves the right to cancel any trip for any portion thereof for any reason deemed appropriate including but not limited to low enrollment numbers, political instability, extreme weather, travel restrictions and/or health concerns.  I understand that Hannah Zackney is hosting this amazing retreat as a Host & Leader and not in the capacity as a Therapist.  I understand that should I have any habits that would interfere with rooming comfortably with another that I will request and select a Single Room option and not put another guest in an uncomfortable rooming situation.  I understand that audio/video footage may be taken and used for promotional marketing, social media or on our website.  I am willing to agree to the terms outlined here and that by signing up for this retreat I am agreeing to these terms as they serve as Hannah's Peru Consent Form.  I also am aware that by signing up for this retreatI am agreeing to terms of the attached (link) Consent form for Willka T'ika Resort Center and agree to their terms as well.
