Bungee Night

The members had so much fun bungeeing the night away at Flying High Bungee in Folsom. It is such a fun way to get in a cardio workout, and the smiles and laughter from everyone in the room makes it that much better! 

Volunteer Day in the Garden

The members went to Twin Lakes Food Bank’s Garden this morning to volunteer planting seeds, weeding, watering, and lending a helping hand. We learned about germination and planting all while serving our beautiful community.

Cloud 9 Float & Spa in Folsom hosted the members for a relaxing and restorative evening to float our cares away. So glad so many ladies got to do this one.

Winter Solstice Kundalini Yoga

On the night of the Winter Solstice, we gathered to align our energy with the natural rhythms of the earth during a Kundalini Yoga session and gong bath.
