Bungee Night
The members had so much fun bungeeing the night away at Flying High Bungee in Folsom. It is such a fun way to get in a cardio workout, and the smiles and laughter from everyone in the room makes it that much better!
Volunteer Day in the Garden
The members went to Twin Lakes Food Bank’s Garden this morning to volunteer planting seeds, weeding, watering, and lending a helping hand. We learned about germination and planting all while serving our beautiful community.
Cloud 9 Float
Cloud 9 Float & Spa in Folsom hosted the members for a relaxing and restorative evening to float our cares away. So glad so many ladies got to do this one.
Soundbath on the River
Lydia Samaniego led us for an incredible soundbath on the river amongst the beautiful backdrop of the Sierra mountains!
Lydia is a Sound Healer & Reiki practioner. Her crystal bowls, voice and river harmonize to provide a unique experience.
Tahoe Yoga Festival
Hannah taught a Kundalini Yoga Session in beautiful South Lake Tahoe amongst many other yoga enthusiasts.
