Reservation: A nonrefundable $760/person deposit confirms your retreat dates, with a payment plan according to the time of your registration. Payments must be completed in full at a min of 120 days prior to the retreat. Completion of the facility online waiver and agreement to Heart Wide Open Terms & Conditions is required upon registration.
Arrival/Departure: Program services begin with a group transfer from the Cusco airport on Day One and end with the group transfer from Willka T’ika to the Cusco airport on Day Eight. Participants arriving at a different time may arrange a private transfer with Willka T’ika or take a taxi.
